Returns

At Antique Ayurveda, we prioritize offering the highest quality organic, natural, and eco-friendly products. Once an order is confirmed, we generally do not accept returns or refund requests. However, in certain exceptional cases, we are happy to collaborate with our customers to find a fair and mutually agreeable solution.

1.⁠ ⁠Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, kindly inform us within 2 days of receiving your order by sending an email to info@antiqueayurveda.in


Please include the following details in your email:
•⁠  ⁠Your order number
•⁠  ⁠A photo of the invoice
•⁠  ⁠A photo of the outer packaging box
•⁠  ⁠Two clear images showing the damaged product(s)
•⁠  ⁠An unboxing video displaying the damaged item(s)

If your order contains multiple products, only the damaged items will be eligible for return and replacement. We will make every effort to quickly resend the damaged product(s) and resolve the matter in a manner that suits you.

2.⁠ ⁠Missing Product


In the event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package via email at info@antiqueayurveda.in


Be sure to include the following in your email:
•⁠  ⁠Your order number
•⁠  ⁠A photo of the invoice
•⁠  ⁠A photo of the outer packaging box
•⁠  ⁠Two clear photos showing the opened box and the contents received
•⁠  ⁠An unboxing video with all the items that were included

Refund requests for missing products will not be accepted, but we will swiftly arrange to send the missing product(s) to you.

3.⁠ ⁠Spoiled or Expired Product


If you suspect a product is spoiled or expired, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing info@antiqueayurveda.in


Your email should include:
•⁠  ⁠Your order number
•⁠  ⁠The product's date of manufacture or packaging
•⁠  ⁠Clear images or a video showing the product in question

Because all of our products are made from entirely natural ingredients and crafted by hand, slight variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are normal and should be expected. We do not accept returns based on these natural differences. Our commitment to using only the best, natural ingredients means that each batch will have its own unique qualities.

If a product is found to be genuinely spoiled or faulty, we will carry out a thorough investigation and ensure that a fair resolution is provided, which may include replacing the product.
